Luka brings 7+ years in corporate finance and transaction services. At KPMG he operationally led the financial due-diligence practice for Slovenia, managing cross-functional teams on buy-side and sell-side mandates. He began his career with an internship at EY in audit, and holds undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Ljubljana.
